Procedure
The sweater is worked in the round from the top down.A provisional crochet cast-on is used so the neckopening can be adjusted later if needed. Short Rows areworked back and forth across the shoulders and backneck at the beginning to ensure a comfortable fit.The yoke is then worked in the round with raglanincreases. The work is divided into body and sleeves, which are completed separately and both finished withan I-cord bind-off. Facings are crocheted, and a zipperis sewn in at the end. The sweater is worked entirely instockinette stitch and is turned inside out when finished,so the usual wrong side becomes the right side.
