Worked with three strands held together throughout.

Recommended needle size 5 mm / US 8

Black zipper, 25 cm / 10 inches
Leather strap, 4 x 58 cm / 1 x 22 inches
If desired, 35 x 70 cm / 13 x 27 inches of lining

Gauge 26 sts and 40 rows in slip stitch pattern on needle size 5mm / US 8 = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 inches

Procedure
The bag is worked back and forth in slip stitch pattern.One long piece is worked, consisting of the bags body,as well as 2 side pieces. The long piece is finished witha zipper. Afterwards, the sides are sewn together rightagainst right with backhand stitches before attaching theleather strap on the outside of the bag.
