Can-Can is a mesh of net used to adding volume to a base of skirts, dresses etc.

The holes allow easy air flow and breathability and does not trap bacteria as readily as more dense fabrics while remaining impermeable to pests and insects.

Alternate uses include in luggage bages to create breathable compartments for added storage.
