3 metres marking yarn for pockets
3 metres scrap yarn in a contrasting color
8-10 15 mm Liberty buttons

Gauge21 sts x 28 rows in stockinette stitch on needle size 4 mm/ US 6 = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 inches.

Procedure
The cardigan is made in the round, top down, with extrastitches for the steek at the center front. Start by knittingback and forth while making increases for raglan, sleevesand at the beginning of every row to shape the neckline.Afterwards, cast on stitches for the neck, as well as 15extra stitches for steeking, and gather into a round. Theyoke is made with increases at raglan. Hereafter thework is divided and both sleeves and body are workedseparately. The body has a slight a-shape, which can beomitted.
