Knitting pattern for Easy Peasy Carol Sweater

Meet Carol – a lovely basic sweater with a great fit. Carol has a pretty double-folded neck rib, wide long sleeves and wide rib edges. It is knitted innling No 3, which is made of 100% organic merino wool, andnling No 10, our exquisite silk mohair, and designed to be a bit oversize with 5-10 cm / 2-4 inches in positive ease. The raglan sweater is waist lenght with wide, long sleeves. It is knitted top-down and it is easy try on, as you knit, so you can make changes to the lenght of body and sleeves to match your preferences. Have a nice time with knitting your Carol Sweater!

Recommended circular needles size 6 and 7 mm / US 10 and 10.75, in 40 and 80 cm / 16 and 32 incheslengths (Magic Loop method is used for knitting smallcircumferences.)

Gauge 16 sts and 26 rows/rounds of stockinette stitch on needlesize 7 mm / US 10.75 = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 inches.

Procedure
The sweater is worked top down. This method makesit possible for you to try on the sweater as you go andadjust it to a perfect fit. Short rows are worked at the4 raglan seams to ensure a better fit, and the rest ofthe sweater is worked in stockinette in the round withincreases worked at the 4 raglan seams. The yoke isthen divided into body and sleeves, which are finishedseparately.
