Yarn kit for Nautic Sweater in nling No 3 (ex pattern)

Nautic Sweater is a striped raglan sweater with a twist. The small colorwork detail in the wide stripe gives the sweater its unique character. The name comes from the maritime look of the blue version. If youve never tried knitting stranded colorwork before, this is a perfect place to start, as the chart only contains a few rounds with stranded knitting.

Here we knit the sweater innling No 3, our 100% organic heavy merino wool, that perfectly accentuates the color pattern and creates a truly unique, stylish sweater.

Worked with one strand throughout.

Recommended circular needles size 3 and 4 mm / US 2.5 and 6, 80 cm/ 32 inches length (pattern uses the magic loop methodfor knitting small circumferences).

9 stitch markers and a stitch holder or waste yarn.

Gauge20 sts and 30 rows in stockinette stitch on 4 mm / US 6 circular needle = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 inches.

Procedure
The sweater is worked top-down. Cast on using anItalian (tubular) cast-on and work the neck ribbing.Work short rows and raglan increases to shape the backneck, then continue raglan increases throughout theyoke.Divide for body and sleeves.Work the pattern (everywhere except the rib) from thechart.Finish with rib edgings on body and sleeves.
